Commitment
OPCA will correct substantive factual errors about its own status, public decisions, external resources, or general institutional information.
Request a correction
Use Contact, choose Correction, and provide:
- Page
- Exact text
- Reason
- Reliable source
- Suggested correction
- Contact email
Handling
- Typographical corrections may be made without a public note.
- Substantive corrections receive a dated note on the affected page or in the public decision history.
- Superseded decisions remain available.
- A correction does not imply acceptance of an unverified case allegation.
