Stage One is designed around data minimization. OPCA does not request active-case evidence or identity documents.
Data collected

- Professional volunteer interest
- U.S. listening-session interest
- General contact messages
- Operational form events without submitted content
Data not requested
Do not submit case details, allegations, names, identity numbers, addresses, documents, evidence, or emergency requests.

- Review and improve Stage One design
- Consider professional contributions
- Plan the U.S. listening process
- Respond to general, media, correction, privacy, or accessibility messages
- Prevent abuse and operate the forms
Retention
- Experience feedback: up to 180 days
- Contact messages: up to 180 days
- Listening-session interest: up to 180 days after event closure or 365 days after submission, whichever occurs first
- Volunteer interest: up to 365 days
- Operational audit events: up to 365 days and no submitted narrative
Hosting and processors
The site uses Replit-hosted application and database infrastructure and a transactional email provider for founder notifications. Founder notification emails do not include submitted stories or personal details.
Sharing
OPCA does not sell personal information or share it with political parties. Infrastructure providers process data only to operate the service. Information may be disclosed when legally required.
Sensitive material sent by mistake
If sensitive material is submitted despite the warnings, OPCA will restrict handling and remove it through the documented review process as soon as reasonably possible. OPCA does not promise immediate monitoring.
Access or deletion request
Use Contact with the subject Accessibility or Privacy. Anonymous feedback may not be individually identifiable after submission.
Security limit
No online system can guarantee absolute security. OPCA applies data minimization, access controls, encryption provided by its infrastructure, logging limits, and retention controls.
Children
Stage One forms are not directed to children under 18.
Changes
Material changes are dated and, where appropriate, recorded in Public Decisions or Corrections.
