FOUNDING STAGE: OPCA Pakistan is designing and testing the institution before accepting real cases. No cases, evidence, donations, or emergency requests are accepted. What Stage One means

Host a community conversation

A credible institution should be tested in more than one room. Gather 5 to 15 people and ask where the proposed OPCA model would fail.

The purpose is not to collect cases, appoint representatives, raise money, or create a chapter. The purpose is to test the design.

Before the conversation

Discussion questions

  1. What serious problem does the current design fail to address?
  2. Where could OPCA accidentally put a family at risk?
  3. What information should OPCA never collect?
  4. What authority should the founder retain?
  5. What authority should never depend on one person?
  6. What proof would make you trust a future OPCA case process?
  7. What would make the organization collapse or become politically captured?
  8. What should be tested before another country process opens?
