Why distance makes this harder
An image can be altered, incomplete, outdated, or connected to a different person. The legal significance may depend on jurisdiction, sections, procedural status, court history, and facts not visible in a message.

- Can the record be authenticated through a lawful source?
- Is the person correctly identified?
- What is the current procedural status?
- Is travel imminent?
- What qualified Pakistan legal review is available?
- Could public discussion increase risk?
- What evidence about location or travel history exists?
What a responsible future system would need
- Record authentication
- Identity matching
- Qualified legal analysis
- A clear travel-risk limitation
- Documented advice scope
- A no-guarantee rule
- A record of deadlines and court references
Safeguards
The future system must never advertise an FIR-clearance certificate, guarantee safe travel, promise bail, or tell a person that an image is authentic without qualified verification.
